I started doing Rick’s workouts mid-January and I’ve lost 39 pounds so far. That may not seem like a lot to some folks but as a 60+ post menopausal woman that is huge. I’m in the stage of my life where losing weight is a little harder but working out with Rick has provided positive results. His talks discussing nutrition and mindset has been a game changer for me and I know it has a lot to do with my great results. He sends out daily emails which touch on varying topics but every day his emails makes me think. I’m not done (I have a goal in mind) but I know having Rick and this wonderful community in my life that I will reach my goal.
Never have I felt so motivated to exercise and I love what the membership gives you. Not only do you get workouts for any level of your fitness journey you also get to be part of an amazing supportive community of lovely people on the same/similar journey to you! I started following Rick abut February I tried different weight options which does not matter at this point following Rick changed my mindset. I had my A HA moment to fitness, healthy eating habits and positivity in that journey. He has been an amazing trainer an amazing motivator and all this via social media. I am 52 I have no real use for social media but guy right here made it work for me. His workouts are fun and easy and I can do for the rest of my life. This is healthiest I have ever been, I sleep at night and feel amazing and I lost 30 pounds. He keeps adding content to keep it fresh too, just try you will be hooked
