I love that Rick is in communication with us, even though his time is so limited as he is a busy guy and very proactive. He even sends a unique email out to members every day as a way of reaching out, with encouragement, nuggets of ideas, or tips he’s wanting to share. He is always asking what members would like in the way of new classes or an idea for a podcast and he does regular LIVE sessions on a Saturday, whether it be a live class, invited guest chat or an educational topic on health. His initial talk when membership first started was all on nutrition.

Teamed with low-impact walking at-home exercises for every age group during lockdown he was a godsend. Daily steps, a reason to get off the couch, and all from a really nice ordinary guy. Always look forward to new stuff and my result in weight loss has been AMAZING

Rick has something for EVERYONE! Rick is so amazing. As great as his workouts are (so many to pick from), the most valuable benefit to me is the live talks. I've been on diets MY ENTIRE LIFE and Rick's nutrition talk was the first time I learned about calorie deficits, maintenance calories, and the science behind weight loss.
I've watched it multiple times and the information has changed my life! I'm happier because I'm not starving myself while eating healthier. Down 35 lbs with a way to go but I am committed to the journey and Rick and the GFWR community provide extraordinary support...and fun. Highly recommend!

I have lost 37 pounds using this method. I am 58 years old, 5 foot 3 inches, and 124 pounds! It's crazy. I NEVER thought this would happen. I have been a gym member and have not gotten these results. The best part is I don't have to run around to get to a fitness class on time. It is all at home and I have a very small condo. I can do everything from home on my schedule. Seriously, this has changed my entire life.
My fitness has improved beyond belief and I weigh less than I have for more than 10 years. The big thing for me though, as an 'older' lady with dodgy knees is that not only are these walking workouts accessible, varied and fun, Rick never intimidates. I never feel that I am out of my depth. I enjoy his workouts. I laugh with him. I look forward to my time with him. I feel included.
