What do I need?
These workouts are crafted to be done from the comfort of your own home. For optimal participation in this program, we recommend getting a stepper. There's no need to worry about finding a specific type of stepper for this program. Whether you have a larger stepper with a spacious stepping surface or a smaller, budget-friendly option that's easy to store, you're all set.
No stepper? No problem
Don't have a stepper at home? No sweat! You can still take on this program without one. Simply grab a yoga mat and follow along. While using a yoga mat may reduce the intensity slightly, you'll still be able to replicate the steps and reap the benefits of the program.
