After the huge success of the 12 week Sweat, Sculpt & Shred program, I'm super excited to announce the launch of the 6 week HIIT with Rick program.
HIIT training aka interval training, is one of the most highly effective training methods to burn fat and transform your fitness levels. However traditional HIIT tends to compromise your joints with high intensity exercises.
That's why I created this brand new low impact alternative that not only gives you the same effective results as traditional HIIT but keep your joints completely safe.
And the best thing is...
the entire program is completely standing(meaning no floor work), requires no equipment and each workout is under 25 minutes long.
So not only will you achieve optimal results over the next 6 weeks, you can easily fit it into your busy schedule
