Hey, Iâm Rick. After spending ten years travelling the world as a professional dancer, I eventually settled in Dubai and became a personal trainer.
It was here I founded Dubai's number one boot camp, training over 10,000 people in person.
During that time I noticed something important: many women wanted to lose weight and get healthier, but traditional workouts just didnât work for them anymore.
