After the huge success of the 6 week Let's Sweat & 6 week Body Combat programs I'm super excited to announce the launch of this brand new hybrid program.
We're taking things to a new level by combining several styles of training including walking workouts, strength, intervals, cardio, and body combat into one muscle-building, fat-torching 12-week program.
And the best thing is,
every workout is completely joint-friendly. That means you won't have to worry about compromising your wrists, back, or knees during your workouts, as this program is entirely standing. No squats, lunges, or push-ups required – we'll still be achieving highly effective results
