Rick here.When I’m not jamming out to some Bruno Mars with my daughter Sofia… Or going for a family walk with our french bulldog, Stanley… I run Get Fit with Rick full-time — a platform where I can help people lose weight, feel great, and get fit from the comfort of their own homes with low-impact walking workouts. Because after spending 7 years as a personal trainer training tens of thousands of clients and running the largest and most successful boot camps in Dubai… I’ve developed my own method and style of training that allows me to understand my client's challenges, capabilities, and needs better to help them reach their goals. I’ve learned what works and what doesn’t – that’s why I’m passionate about doing what I do. And that’s why I’m so excited to share this with you… |

This series is designed to teach you exercises with the correct techniques and give you the foundations you need to perform these exercises correctly.

Walking workouts
With over 120 videos on walking workouts, you’ll find different kinds of videos to choose from. From hitting your step goal with the 5k-10k steps videos, having a blast with the fun and uplifting workouts, doing cardio and HIIT, dumbbells, and abs, to even doing no commentary videos when you just want to enjoy the music.
Full-body workouts
